You Know You Need To Get to Church More Often When...

[Yesterday, while dressing son]

Me: Hurry up! We're going to be late, and we're meeting Hannah and Libby's parents at church.

Son: Is it Easter?

Today, I am so excited because I have found the GIANT Bonne Bell Lipsmackers from my youth. No rope, but still. This excites me to the point where I want to share my happiness with all of you, so I am leaving this post up through tomorrow, and then going through the comments. I'll number them, then pick TWO LUCKY WINNERS to receive a giant Bonne Bell Lipsmacker of their choice (well, you can choose between Strawberry and Dr. Pepper). Good luck!

Bonnie Bell! Let's all go to the roller rink and "shoot the duck," that is exciting, girl!

How is the website coming? I miss your cool dashboard.

LOL @ "Is it Easter?"

Bonne Bell ... reminds me of the same time I was using Jean Nate bath splash!

Bonnie Bell! Ever had the Pink Lemonade? SO GOOD.

I think I'd need to feather my hair, put on the Sassoon jeans and the Dr. Scholl's, and chomp on a big wad of Bubblicious watermelon gum in order to truly do the Bonnie Bell justice.

I had to laugh about church... we are starting to go more often too. And my boys (1.5 and almost 3) go only for one reason. The donuts we get afterwards. In fact, the minute they drive up to church the little one starts repeating 'donut, donut, donut' in a mantra that repeats all throughout the ceremony. The others around us obviously know what we are using as our 'spiritual motivation'.

Where in the WORLD did you find Giant Lip Smackers! MMMMMM. BTW, I feel your pain about the Easter thing.

You will pick me. You have no choice but to pick me. It's a genetic imperative.

Dr Pepper! I had totally forgotten about that one.

Re Easter -- that conversation could easily have taken place in our house!

Dr. Pepper was the BEST!

And this is the first time I've commented here, I just found your blog from the blogger's choice site. Great blog (and I'm not just kissing up for the gloss).

I love Lip Smackers!! I cannot find them here where we live. Glad you found them!!

Yep we have that uh problem with infrequency of church attendance, too.

It doesn't help my guilt that we live next door to a Southern Baptist minister of music. Especially when I take the garbage out from the weekend and it is clinking with beer and wine bottles! ;)

Bonne Bell...yea!

I think my first kiss was with Bonnie Bell on my lips... and he said, "wow, your lips taste good!"

A few years ago I TOTALLY joined the Bonne Bell Smackers Club and got a really fun gift box with a few lip glosses for free. I was 32 years old at the time...on the outside; a mere 12 years old on the inside. Heh.

Pick me.
